The latest addition to our soy free range is the Artisan Loaf. An Italian style white loaf with a luxuriously light and fluffy texture with a crispy outer crust. A lavish sprinkling of poppy seeds and white sesame seeds has been added to further boost its appeal. Customer feedback suggest that it is reminiscent of the taste, texture and indulgence of a wheaten sourdough loaf that they used to love. This special prize is sold unsliced.

Ingredients: tapioca, quinoa, besan, sunflower oil, vinegar, guar gum, sugar, yeast, sesame seeds, poppy seeds.
