Australian customers
Orders are shipped out Wednesday-Friday each week. Orders $99 and over enjoy free domestic shipping in metropolitan areas. See below for shipping rates.

We use Sendle and Australia Post for all standard deliveries.

Please note - we are unable to delivery to PO boxes - physical street address must be supplied.

Regional customers
Simple flat rate surcharge of $13 on top of the standard domestic rates ($99 and over = $13, under $99 = $22.95). Express shipping unavailable for regional customers at this time.

Express post

Free In Store Pickup

Allow up to 1 business day (24 hrs). We’ll send you an email when your order is ready for pickup! In store pickups are packaged like an in-store purchase would be – i.e. in paper bags – without wrapping / padding, with the exception of fragile items.

Sydney – next business day
Elsewhere in metropolitan Australia – 4-10 business days
Express – 1-3 business days

How will my order come packaged?

All of our packaging and shipping materials are 100% recycled (from re-used internal items diverted from waste), recyclable or compostable.

When packing your order, we will use any of the following:

  • RECYCLED: Reuse packaging we have received (e.g. cardboard boxes, packaging paper, newspaper, bubble wrap) – saved from its end-of-life cycle!
  • HERO MAILERS: fantastic, home-compostable mailer bags
  • TAPE: we use water-activated, paper tape. It is 100% recyclable (along with your standard paper / cardboard items) and FSC certified
