ORGANIC COCONUT SUGAR

Organic coconut sugar produced from the fragrant, sweet sap of coconut palm blossoms. It is minimally processed to ensure it retains its naturally high mineral content. Organic coconut sugar has a delicious toffee-like flavour with a slight hint of coconut and can be substituted for other sugars 1:1 in baking. It can also be used in place of honey or agave in recipes, desserts, coffee and tea. Organic coconut sugar is minimally processed ensuring it retains its naturally high mineral content and is considered low GI and is rich in magnesium, zinc, iron potassium and amino acids, making it an excellent alternative to cane sugar.
